Data Protection
fiskaltrust declares compliance with legal data protection regulations. In particular, personal data is used exclusively for responding to inquiries and providing our services. Clients, service providers, and their employees are obligated to maintain confidentiality of personal data unless there is a legally permissible reason for transmitting or disclosing the entrusted or accessible data.

Personal Data
Through our websites, we collect the following personal data:

Our deletion periods are eight years after the end of the objection period following complete payment of the last fee after termination of a contractual relationship. Where fiskaltrust assumes archiving tasks for its customers, the eight-year period begins after the end of the agreed archiving duration.
Data Use for Newsletter Distribution
We send newsletters in accordance with Austrian and EU legal regulations.
Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties
We will only provide personal data to third parties, particularly authorities and courts, if you actively consent to this or if it is legally required. POS dealers and consultants can thereby receive access through fiskaltrust to data from the POS operators they supply. This data may include contact information of POS operator employees.
Communication or Usage-Related Information
When you access our websites via telecommunications services, communication-related data (e.g., Internet Protocol address) or usage-related data (e.g., information about usage start and duration and the telecommunications services you use) is automatically generated by technical means. These may potentially allow conclusions about personal data. Where collection, processing, and use of your communication or usage-related data is absolutely necessary, it is subject to legal data protection regulations.
Automatically Collected Non-Personal Data
